Alexis Amor opened his first optical store, as part of the Iris Optical chain, in Richmond-upon-Thames in 2005. It stocked a unique selection of both British and International eyewear brands.

Alexis always knew that he could add to those ranges with something original, ultra high quality and homegrown. He therefore created his eponymous brand in 2012. The first full Optical and Sunglass collections arrived in 2018.

In 2024, the brand’s growth led to the opening of a ‘stand-alone’ store in the centre of London at Tower Bridge.

In early 2025, our new store will open in the centre of Winchester.

We are patient focussed and realise the importance of providing an accurate, advanced and comfortable experience. We are also very fairly priced.

All eye tests slots are a minimum of 30 minutes.

An eye test is £30.

A contact lens test is £30 to £60 per visit.

Over 60s eye tests are free once every 2 years.

An additional £20 is charged for OCT imaging if required.
